No sleep tonight. I can't even attempt to turn the lights down knowing what will follow..the defining silence of my room, the blue light from my ipod player casting shadows amongst the walls & my endless thoughts of all the things i cant control in my life. My nightmares attack my fatigue and take full advantage leaving me breathless, drenched in sweat, and waking up in tears. I can only hope they play no part in the reality of my life. Only time will tell. Until then I remain full of stress never knowing what the next day will bring and its taking a toll on me. My surface does no justice for how i really feel inside.
